3.3 These Terms apply in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and any promotional terms communicated to you in connection with specific offers. In the event of any conflict, promotional-specific terms take precedence over these Terms with respect to the relevant promotion only.
3.4 wh888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
4.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to use wh888. In jurisdictions where the operator or applicable license authority prescribes a higher minimum age, that higher threshold applies. Use of the Platform by persons below the applicable minimum age is strictly prohibited.
4.2 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence. Use of the Platform is prohibited if you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering into binding agreements.
4.3 Restricted Jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. You represent and warrant that you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited. Residents and nationals of certain jurisdictions may be restricted from using the Platform; such restrictions are communicated during the registration process.
4.4 Pakistan-Specific Notice. Online gambling is subject to significant legal restrictions in Pakistan under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. wh888 does not represent that its services are lawful in Pakistan. Pakistani users access this Platform entirely at their own discretion and legal risk.
4.5 Self-Exclusion. Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from any online gambling platform, or who have been excluded by court order or regulatory direction, are not permitted to register or use wh888. If you are aware that you are currently subject to a self-exclusion order, you must not attempt to create or use an Account.
5.1 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. wh888 reserves the right to suspend or close an Account where inaccurate information is discovered.
5.2 One Account Policy. Each user is permitted to hold one Account only. Registering multiple Accounts, whether in your own name or using third-party personal details, is strictly prohibited. wh888 may close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances where duplicate accounts are identified.
5.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. wh888 cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security. You must notify wh888 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
5.4 KYC Verification. wh888 is required to verify the identity of users in accordance with applicable Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements. You agree to provide such documentation as reasonably requested by wh888 to complete this process. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until identity verification is successfully completed.
5.5 Account Closure. You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any outstanding Real Money Balance after settlement of pending wagers will be returned to you via the original deposit method, subject to completion of KYC requirements.
6.1 Deposit Methods. wh888 accepts deposits through the payment methods listed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of deposit. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without advance notice. References to payment channels familiar to Pakistani users — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — appear on this Platform as contextual references only and do not imply that those providers endorse, affiliate with or support wh888 or any gambling-related activity.
6.2 Minimum Deposit. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section and may be expressed in PKR or equivalent currency. These thresholds may vary by payment method and promotion. All amounts on this Platform expressed in PKR are for illustrative reference; the operative currency of your Account depends on the currency selected during registration.
6.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the original deposit where technically possible. wh888 reserves the right to process withdrawals via alternative methods at its discretion. Processing times vary by method and are displayed in the cashier section.
6.4 KYC Prerequisite for Withdrawal. All withdrawal requests require satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Requests submitted prior to verification being completed will be held pending. wh888 shall not be liable for delays attributable to a User's failure to provide requested documentation in a timely manner.
6.5 Anti-Money Laundering. wh888 monitors transactions in accordance with AML obligations. Transactions that appear inconsistent with normal gaming activity may be delayed, suspended or reported to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law. wh888 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any transaction.
6.6 Currency. Accounts are operated in the currency selected at registration. Currency conversion charges, where applicable, are the User's responsibility.
7.1 General. wh888 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, reload bonuses and other incentives ("Promotions") from time to time. Each Promotion is governed by specific terms communicated at the time of the offer and must be read in conjunction with these Terms.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Where a User's Account holds both Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance, Real Money Balance is wagered first unless the Platform indicates otherwise.
7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While a Bonus Balance is active, a maximum bet limit applies per round or per event as stated in the relevant promotion. Placing a wager exceeding this limit while a Bonus Balance is active may result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Balance and any associated winnings.
7.4 Game Contribution. Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying Wagering Requirements. A game contribution schedule is provided with each Promotion. Typical contributions — for illustrative purposes only — may include slots at 100%, table games at a reduced rate and live dealer games at a further reduced rate or zero contribution. Actual rates are stated in the promotion-specific terms.
7.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire if the applicable Wagering Requirement is not completed within the period stated in the promotion terms. Upon expiry, the Bonus Balance and any winnings derived solely from it will be removed from the Account without compensation.
7.6 Maximum Cash-Out. Certain Promotions cap the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of Bonus Balance winnings. Where such a cap applies, it is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Winnings exceeding the cap will be voided at the time of withdrawal processing.
7.7 Abuse and Fraud. wh888 reserves the right to void any Bonus Balance, related winnings and any Account Balance, and to close an Account, where it reasonably suspects that a Promotion has been claimed or used in bad faith, through misrepresentation, collusion or exploitation of technical errors.
8.1 General Betting Rules. All bets placed through the Platform are subject to these Terms and to the game-specific or sport-specific rules displayed within each product. In the event of any inconsistency, product-specific rules take precedence in relation to the relevant bet or game round only.
8.2 Settlement of Wagers. Wagers are settled in accordance with the applicable rules displayed at the time the wager is placed. wh888 reserves the right to void or re-settle wagers where it is established that a result was declared in error, where data feed errors occurred or where fraud or manipulation is identified.
8.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or bet placement, wh888 reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the stake. wh888 is not liable for any claimed losses arising from a malfunction that cannot be verified by the Platform's system logs.
8.4 Live / In-Play Markets. Live betting markets are subject to rapid change. Odds are updated in real time and wh888 does not guarantee that displayed odds remain available between the moment of display and confirmation of a wager. Bets are accepted at the odds confirmed at the time of submission.
8.5 Cricket and Sports Betting. Cricket markets — including Pakistan international fixtures, PSL/T20 matches and ICC tournaments — are offered for informational and entertainment purposes. wh888 does not hold any official partnership, endorsement relationship or commercial arrangement with PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket franchise or national team. Sports-specific settlement rules are displayed within each market.
8.6 Finality of Results. Subject to the right to void in accordance with Clause 8.2, settled results are final. Post-settlement disputes must be raised with customer support within 30 days of settlement.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
10.1 wh888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be used as a method of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.
10.2 Player Tools. wh888 provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible through account settings or via customer support: (a) deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly); (b) loss limits; (c) session time reminders and session duration limits; (d) cooling-off periods; and (e) voluntary self-exclusion.
10.3 Self-Exclusion. Users may request self-exclusion at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, the User's Account will be suspended and any marketing communications will cease. wh888 will make reasonable efforts to enforce the exclusion but cannot guarantee complete prevention of access across all channels.
10.4 Age Verification. wh888 applies age verification controls at registration and during KYC. Users found to be under the applicable minimum age will have their Accounts closed and Real Money Balance returned. Bonus funds and associated winnings generated by underage users will be voided.

11.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations and audiovisual materials — is the intellectual property of wh888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and related laws.
11.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit: (a) reproduction, distribution or public display of Platform content without prior written consent; (b) reverse engineering, decompilation or disassembly of any software component; or (c) commercial exploitation of any Platform content.
11.3 The wh888 name, logo and associated marks are proprietary. Unauthorized use is prohibited. Nothing in these Terms grants any right or licence to use any trademark displayed on the Platform.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wh888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption.
12.2 wh888's aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 wh888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device is adequately protected.
12.4 wh888 is not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party payment processors or service providers whose services may be accessed in connection with Platform use.
12.5 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by wh888's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
13.1 wh888 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
13.2 By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data necessary for account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention and compliance with legal obligations.
13.3 wh888 does not sell your personal data to third-party marketing companies. Data sharing with third parties is limited to what is necessary for Platform operations and legal compliance.
13.4 You may exercise your data subject rights — including the right of access, rectification and, where applicable, erasure — by contacting wh888 at the email address specified in Clause 16 below.
14.1 wh888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, wh888 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email or through a Platform notification.
14.2 Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.
14.3 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 5.5.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wh888 holds its operating license, as updated from time to time.
15.2 In the event of a dispute, Users are encouraged to contact wh888's customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. wh888 aims to respond to dispute notifications within a reasonable timeframe.
15.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be referred to such alternative dispute resolution body or judicial authority as is specified by the applicable license jurisdiction.
15.4 Nothing in this Clause affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
